What time zone do you work in?
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 India Standard Time (UTC+5:30). India does not use daylight saving time, so the gap to your local time changes when yours does.
How much working-day overlap will we have?
With the UK it is about 3.5 hours in winter and 4.5 hours in summer. With Australia's east coast it is about 3.5 hours in standard time and 2.5 hours in daylight saving time. These figures assume a 9:00 to 17:00 working day on your side.
Can we work with a US team?
Our standard hours finish before the US East Coast working day starts, so calls with US teams are arranged individually at the start of your day or the end of ours. Day-to-day work continues asynchronously with written updates and weekly demos.
Do you sign NDAs and who owns the work?
We sign an NDA before any detailed discussion of your project. On full payment, source code, designs, documentation and databases transfer to you completely.
How are projects priced and paid?
Proposals include a cost breakdown, timeline, team and deliverables, as fixed-price or time and materials. Payment schedule and contract terms are set in the signed agreement. The estimator at /estimate shows ranges in US dollars.
